What is the focus to your project, and how is it relevant to the issues researched in this course?
In the army we as leaders offers very many tasks that must be accomplished. We have quests from a couple of different extreme conditions but job to keep we prepared to face its a large number of obstacles both peacetime and wartime. Each of our peacetime mission is less stressful because our wartime mission nevertheless non-etheless provides us our foundation about what we have to do as a business to be successful in combat. I would like to focus on implementing teamwork in the subordinates as a manager to aid lead to overall organization mission accomplishment. As a commissioned Expert, or a supervisor of company behavior, My spouse and i am in charge of all Soldiers assigned underneath me and ensuring we succeeds. Managing organizational behavior is defined as " acquiring, growing, and applying the knowledge and skills of people” (Colella, Hitt, & Miller, 2011). This is relevant to the issues researched in this course because I believe that we need to institute these principals since leaders with all that we will be in charge of. How come this area of Organization Tendencies interest you?
As a head, I was charged to ensure we are focusing on the mission at hand and doing the right thing. The Army features so many ethnic and cultural backgrounds over the ranks. You need to find a way to implement every person's ideas and thoughts in to the overall schematics so that every feels they had something to do with the finished merchandise. This area of Organization Patterns interests me personally because I see it like a challenge to bring everyone with each other to accomplish one goal.
