A common meaning of team comes from the book Wisdom of Team " A group is a small group of people with complementary skills and skills who will be committed to a common goal and approach that they hold each other accountable”. A group as defined by simply businessdictionary. com is a " collection of a poor00 regular contact and frequent interaction, mutual influence, prevalent feeling of companionship, and whom work together to obtain a common pair of goals”. A large number of people incorrectly use the words and phrases team and group alternately. A group and group have many differences. " A team's durability depends on the commonality of goal and interconnectivity between person members, while a group's strength can come from large volume or perhaps willingness to handle a single leader's commands”. The organization of a group is often much easier then the formation of a staff. During a conference people may be grouped with each other based on era, gender, field of expertise, or another common factor. The groups' innovator sets the goal and ways to achieve the goal as well as the group uses the leaders' direction. A group's leader success' is founded on the match ups of the group plus the group's social dynamic.
