Blackman's social skills allowed him to connect together with his participants with an intimate level, which proved to be beneficial in the work. Teacher Blackman applied his own subjectivity, through cultural identification to create a genuine with people, which in turn allowed his participants to spread out up and expose themselves to his research. From this approach Blackman is able to ask questions for what he could be looking for in his fieldwork....
